Len Power, R.E.T., founded Fundamental Technologies in July 2005. Len delivers a diverse scope of qualifications including design, supervision and construction management. This distinct background coupled with over 20 years of experience in the oil & gas industry, further enriches Len’s proven ability to inspire and drive the Funtec team towards exceptional service and quality that achieves successful project outcomes.

Len’s productive strategy has grown Funtec, to provide services ranging from project management; land and regulatory; to construction supervision and management. His direct approach and strong leadership, paired with his exceptional team, supports and contributes towards an unwavering commitment to continual improvement through industry development and environmental stewardship in Northwest Alberta.

Erik Grabas is born and raised in Grande Prairie Alberta. He attended Southern Alberta Institute of Technology in Calgary where he received his Mechanical Engineering Technology diploma in Spring 2009. Once graduated he moved back to Grande Prairie to pursue a career in the oil and gas industry. Erik was introduced to Len Power through a family connection and would eventually lead to employment at Fundamental Technologies in July of 2009. Since then, Erik has continued working at Funtec taking pride in what Len had created and where his time and dedication to work well done would be appreciated and fostered. Since 2009 he has evolved his knowledge of the oil and gas industry through a variety of facility and pipeline projects, working alongside veteran employees and clients over the years. Erik is dedicated and passionate in his involvement with Funtec and hopes to continue this relationship in years to come.

Heather Raeburn, B.Eng, MPhil, holds an Engineering Degree and Masters of Philosophy from the University of Plymouth, UK. Heather joined the Funtec Team in 2010 bringing with her over 13 years of project experience from oil and gas, automotive and aerospace manufacturing industries. Starting as a Project Engineer and working her way up through industry to Project Management, Heather’s diverse experience has enabled her to develop and formalize Funtec’s Project Management procedures and processes. As a Project Manager, she is responsible for project team management, ensuring project milestones are met and managing the expectation of all project stakeholders. For assigned projects, she is the primary client contact and is responsible for delivering a high-quality project on time and within budget. Her background in engineering has provided Heather with strong communication, organizational skills and attention to detail.

Eric Evenson Joined the Funtec team in 2014, bringing with him 12 years of experience in Distribution, artificial lift and bottom-hole pump repair. Eric began his career with Funtec as a Project Coordinator, and with exceptional mentoring has been progressing into a role as Project Manager. As a project Manager, Eric takes a reactionary approach to client requests to ensure a quick and accurate deliverables are met on schedule and on budget. Embracing the core values of integrity, Teamwork, and growth, Eric applies this to his day to day tasks and projects.
